    Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Richmond, VA.

    This is an opportunity for a BCBA who wants to focus on meaningful clinical work while having the support of an experienced leadership and operational team. You'll have the opportunity to guide treatment, mentor RBTs and BTs, partner with families, and make a measurable difference in the lives of children with autism.

    COMPENSATION

    $85,000–$100,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential)

    Total earning potential includes base salary plus applicable performance-based bonus opportunities. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to the eligibility requirements, performance criteria, and terms of the applicable bonus program.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

    • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs

    • Analyze clinical data and make data-driven treatment modifications based on client progress

    • Provide ongoing supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and BTs

    • Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families to support treatment goals and generalization of skills

    • Monitor treatment integrity, client progress, and overall clinical quality

    • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the care team

    • Support the professional development and clinical performance of direct-care staff

    • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

    • Maintain applicable productivity and clinical expectations based on client and operational needs

    • Participate in clinical meetings, training, and professional development activities

    • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards, payer requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and organizational policies

    SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This is a full-time position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs.

    Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations and client needs, with occasional adjustments to support continuity of care, staff supervision, caregiver collaboration, and operational effectiveness. Occasional Saturdays may be required based on client or operational needs.

    Requirements

    • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing required

    • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field required

    • Must meet all applicable Virginia requirements to provide assigned behavior-analytic services

    • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred

    • Experience supervising and developing RBTs and BTs preferred

    • Strong clinical judgment and data-analysis skills

    • Ability to develop and monitor individualized, evidence-based treatment programs

    • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with families, direct-care staff, clinical leadership, and other professionals

    • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered ABA services

    • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
