The District is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and autism-related needs across grades TK-12. This leadership role provides districtwide consultation, behavioral assessment, program development, and staff support to ensure students receive high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to building positive learning environments through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), staff training, and partnership with families and school teams.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field. -Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. -Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention programs for students with significant behavioral needs in an educational setting. -Experience supervising behavior support staff and/or paraprofessionals.
