Jabbergym is hiring a part-time BCBA in Elk Grove

About the position: Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but we do offer some flexibility. This is a 20-hour work week with about 75 billable hours per month, roughly 50% of which are client-facing. The remaining time will be spent on non-billable tasks. The caseload includes both Parent-Led and 3-Tier models. Services are provided through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions within our service area ( Elk Grove and Sacramento).

Position Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting, you will provide behavior assessment, consultation, and intervention for students with behavioral challenges and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), train personnel, and monitor progress to support positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing relevant assessment tools to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Develop positive behavior plans and support the classroom staff to ensure implementation Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data
• Consult and collaborate with the school teams
• Supervise RBTs if applicable

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans
• Experience in an educational setting (Preferred)
