Position Highlights:
Location: Seattle, WA (multiple school sites available)
Hours: 32 hours/week, full academic year contract
Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
Pay Range:$2,240 - $2,400 per week (depending on experience)

As a School BCBA, you’ll:
Lead and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
Model and coach Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in classroom settings
Collect and analyze data to drive measurable progress
Empower students with social and emotional learning tools that last a lifetime
Qualifications:
Current BCBA Certification (BACB in good standing).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Washington State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience working in school or pediatric settings (3+ years ideal).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
