Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, conducting caregiver coaching, recruiting ABA therapists, performing assessments, designing individualized, trauma-informed curricula, writing session notes, monitoring client progress, and ensuring high-quality supervision through fidelity assessments.
Requirements include strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, commitment to affirming and trauma-informed approaches, remote supervision with travel, and ongoing professional development. Prior training in Skills Based Treatment or willingness to obtain it is preferred.
