About the Role
- Provide ABA services and behavioral support to clients
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and mentor support staff as needed
Qualifications- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
