    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – New York (Multiple Positions Available)

    Pay: $85.00–$100.00 hourly
    Job Type: Contract
    Schedule: Flexible (20-30 hours a weekly)
    Locations: Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, New Jersey

    Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS.com) is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in the Bronx. This is a rewarding opportunity for a BCBA who values flexibility, collaboration, clinical excellence, and meaningful work with children and families.     What You’ll Do:

    • Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
    • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
    • Supervise and support behavior staff and paraprofessionals
    • Monitor client progress through data collection and clinical analysis
    • Adjust programming based on treatment outcomes and client needs
    • Provide parent training and caregiver support
    • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
    • Deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services

    Qualifications:

    • Active BCBA certification in good standing
    • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
    • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
    • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
    • Bilingual English/Spanish required
