Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Summary: Wayland Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across the district. The BCBA operates in a consultative role, focusing on staff training, program development, and behavioral systems rather than providing direct one-on-one therapy. This position is essential for ensuring that evidence-based behavioral strategies are integrated consistently across all educational settings to support the social, emotional, and academic growth of our students.
