Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
A Better Day ABA is a BCBA-owned and operated practice that prioritizes mentorship, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. We are looking for a BCBA who aligns with the company values and is excited about the work that we do and the impact that we make.

Compensation:
- Full-time: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
- BCaBA: Hourly compensation
- Part-time: Pay is negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Utilize evidence-based methods to provide individualized, client-centered treatment to children and their families
- Generate client documentation and communicate clinical information to all stakeholders
- Comply with insurance and government policies, laws, and procedures
- Collaborate with other service providers and community resources using a holistic and integrated approach
- Empower families through comprehensive training sessions and engagement during clinic sessions
- Supervise the implementation of treatment plans by technicians and provide training and feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful progress
- Promote collaboration, professionalism, mentorships, empowerment, and advocacy
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia license
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children with autism
