Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - New graduates are welcome!!

Location : Cleveland, OH
Job Type : Full-Time (30 Hours/Week)
Setting : In-home and community-based services

Schedule :

Full-time, typically Monday-Friday

Flexible hours between 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM

No weekends or on-call requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in the Cleveland area. This role is structured around a 30-hour workweek, offering flexibility and the opportunity to take on additional hours.

You will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

Analyze and graph data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans

Provide supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, OTs, PTs, schools)

Conduct weekly parent training sessions (including Project ImPACT)

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients

Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

COBA (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)

Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and staff training

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered care
