An onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a contract opportunity supporting K-2 students. This part-time role begins by supervising RBTs working with a caseload including students with multiple disabilities during a maternity leave coverage from September to October. Your expertise will be invaluable as you guide RBTs and work collaboratively with educators in fostering positive outcomes for young learners.

    Following the initial coverage, you will transition to providing tier II and III behavioral support for students facing general behavioral challenges through the remainder of the school year. This position offers the chance to support nearly 500 students at an early learning stage, helping shape their educational journey in a nurturing and structured environment.

    Qualifications and Desired Experience:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
    • Previous experience in school-based settings highly preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
    • Proven ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
    • Skilled in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
    • Comfort addressing the needs of students with varying disabilities and behavioral profiles
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver onsite supervision and support to RBTs serving K-2 learners
    • Coordinate and oversee behavioral programming for students with multiple disabilities
    • Shift focus mid-year to address tier II and III behavioral challenges among the student population
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, school staff, and families
    • Collect and analyze behavioral data; adjust interventions as needed
    • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
