**Position Overview**
**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - School**
The BCBA provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develops and implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role also serves as a clinical educator, supporting and supervising educational and behavioral service delivery within the school setting.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field
+ School-based behavior analytic experience preferred
+ Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience preferred
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulations)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Schedule: Weekdays (Daytime)
+ Hours per Week: 15
+ Contract Length: 25 weeks
+ Start Date: March 30, 2026
**Assignment Information**
+ Supervision caseload is dependent on the number of students the BCBA agrees to support
+ Required to meet IEP-mandated service minutes
+ Includes supervision minutes for Behavior Technicians (BTs)
+ Classroom Size: Approximately 25 students
**Pay Details:**
+ **BCBA - Educational Services (Local)**
+ **Pay Rate: $80/hour**
+ **Overtime: 1.5x**
