Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

The BCBA provides services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other special needs. This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring progress toward goals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments to determine individual needs and strengths.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in implementing treatment plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and track data to evaluate progress and modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and family caregivers to support consistent implementation of interventions.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives by reviewing treatment fidelity and technician documentation.
  • Adhere to BACB ethical standards and all applicable regulatory guidelines while promoting a safe environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • State licensure as a Behavior Analyst (if required).
  • Experience conducting ABA assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and required auto insurance (if travel is part of the role).
  • Current CPR certification.
