Board Certified Behavior Analyst (New Grads Accepted) - Grand Junction, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week (9 AM - 5 PM)
Work Setting: In-home, Daycare, School
Travel: Hybrid role (some in-person, some virtual; must be local to meet clients weekly)
Salary - $70,000 -$120,000 annually (DOE)
Sign-on and relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
- Oversee and support implementation of treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and other staff
Caseload & Population - Caseload: Approximately 6-8 clients
- Patient Ages: 3-21 years
- Care Settings: In-home, daycare, and school-based environments
Requirements - Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
