Qualifications/Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Prior experience providing behavioral analysis services in school settings is highly valued
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application to educational contexts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Detail-oriented, with solid organizational and documentation abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments across a range of educational settings
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and needs
• Provide coaching, modeling, and support for educators and school support staff implementing intervention strategies
• Engage families in the planning process and provide regular progress updates
• Monitor intervention fidelity and student progress using data-driven methods
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise within interdisciplinary teams
