Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists to implement treatment plans.
Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports.
Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
Conduct quarterly competency assessments for the team.
Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
