About Us

We are a small, values-driven Progressive ABA practice built around one core idea:
great clinical work happens when clinicians feel supported, flexible, and fulfilled.

Our model prioritizes:

  •  intentional skill-building embedded within natural, meaningful experiences
  •  strong clinical decision-making in the moment
  •  a collaborative team environment grounded in Performance Management principles
  •  and systems that support both our clients and our staff

This is a place where your voice matters, your clinical judgment is respected, and your work can evolve with you.

The Role

We are looking for an BCBA to work directly alongside the CEO as a collaborative leader and thought partner.

This is not a rigid, one-size-fits-all position.
Instead, this role is designed for someone who wants to grow into leadership while shaping their own path within the company.

You will:

  •  collaborate on clinical decision-making and case support
  •  mentor and support staff in real, in-the-moment work
  •   contribute to the development of systems, training, and clinical quality
  •   support a positive, high-standard team culture

What Makes This Role Unique

This position is intentionally flexible and built around the right person.

  • Ability to shape your role around your strengths and areas of interest
  • Strong, ongoing support from a senior behavior analyst
  • Emphasis on meaningful clinical work and thoughtful service delivery
  • Work-life balance is important to our team

We believe that when clinicians feel fulfilled, the quality of care naturally follows.

Who This Is For

This role is a great fit for a BCBA who:

  •  wants to be part of something thoughtful and intentional
  •  values clinical quality and meaningful engagement
  •  enjoys collaboration and real-time problem solving
  •  is interested in growing into a leadership role while staying connected to clinical work

Requirements

  •  BCBA certification
  •  Experience working directly with children and/or adolescents
  •  Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt in the moment
  •  Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and team development

Final Note

We are building something intentionally — a place where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
If that resonates with you, we’d love to connect.
