About the Role: Join BLUEPRINT BEHAVIORAL CONNECTIONS, LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in NY AND/OR NJ where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and interns.
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state licensure in NJ and/OR NY.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
Proficient in data collection and analysis for progress tracking.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
