Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Long Beach, CA

Exciting opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a real difference in K-12 educational settings! This role places you in a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with school staff, students, and families, providing behavioral support and guidance. Multiple openings are available, allowing for professional interaction with peers as you drive positive change at several sites.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience providing behavioral support in school or clinical settings, especially with K-12 populations
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
• Proficient in developing, writing, and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
• Adaptability for travel between multiple sites as assigned

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized strategies
• Write, implement, and monitor effective IEPs that foster student growth
• Support students across multiple campuses, tailoring strategies for varied needs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including educators, parents, and other related service providers
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff to ensure best practices in behavioral interventions
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes for all students served
