Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lynn, MA

Step into an impactful school-based role providing essential behavioral support to students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during a full-time maternity leave coverage. This contract opportunity spans the 2026–2027 academic year—supporting both elementary and middle school students in a collaborative, onsite environment.

As the lead BCBA for this assignment, you’ll deliver expert behavioral consultation, intervention planning, and coaching to educators and staff. Your skills will empower your school community while fostering positive student outcomes across multiple grade levels. You’ll primarily work at a dedicated elementary site, with potential responsibilities at a middle school location based on evolving student needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience delivering behavior analytic services in a K–12 or school setting highly preferred
• Strong ability to develop and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Passion for promoting positive behavioral supports and student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and apply data-driven decision-making
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Coach and train school staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
• Document and report progress in compliance with school and district protocols
• Provide direct and consultative services onsite within established school hours
