We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position in Tustin, CA.

  • Candidates must have BCBA certification and be eligible for licensure as an LBA in Virginia.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention required.
  • Willingness to travel to local areas for supervision and family meetings—once a month for local BCBAs or once every 60 days for out-of-state BCBAs.

  • Flexible working options:
  • Hybrid role with mostly remote work; in-person visits required once per month or every 60 days, with paid travel provided.
  • Full flexibility to build schedules to meet client needs, with a minimum of 30 billable hours weekly.
