About the Role:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our private school setting plays a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior support services to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral challenges. This position focuses on conducting comprehensivebehavioral assessments, developing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming, developing Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSPs), and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve student outcomes. The BCBA will collaborate closely with administration, teachers, support staff, families,, andmultidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of behavioral strategies across environments. Additionally, the role involves training and supervising classroom staff to maintain fidelity to behavior protocols, programming, and PBSPs. Ultimately, the BCBA contributes to advancing the mission of our educational services by promoting positive behavioral change and enhancing the quality of life for our students and their families.
