Train the Registered Behavior Technician and parent(s)/ guardian(s) in the implementation of the ITP and data collection.
Communicate with the RBT and parent(s)/guardian(s).
Oversee the implementation of the ITP, ensure implementation is based on evidence-based intervention strategies.
Monitor effectiveness.
Weekly Requirements:
Work between 2-6 hours per week monitoring RBT.
Provide monthly family training.
Oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies by the RBT and the customers family.
Ensure ongoing education of family members and key staff on strategies used in ABA that should be implemented in the treatment plan.
Respond to concerns of family members and key staff regarding the treatment plan.
Provide on-site monitoring of treatment effectiveness and implementation fidelity.
Provide modification of the treatment plan and assessment information as necessary.
Update assessment at least every 6 months, as well as Individual Treatment Plan.
Qualifications:
Must hold a certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience in ABA Therapy.
Have a minimum two (2) years of experience developing/providing intensive intervention or overseeing the intensive intervention program for children with autism
