Positive Pathways ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our growing team. Compensation: $90–$100 per hour Employment Type: W-2 or 1099 options available
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skill evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, care plans and programming based on assessment results and ongoing data review.
Provide clinical supervision and support to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across environments.
Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations based on data and clinical observations.
Collaborate with families, schools, and related service providers to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates.
Utilize electronic data collection and practice management systems to support service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Current BCBA certification required.
Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required.
At least one year of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working effectively as part of a team.
Experience administering and interpreting assessments such as the Vineland, or similar evaluation tools is preferred.
