Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will work closely with behavior technicians, families, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure clients receive high-quality, individualized care.Key responsibilities include:Developing and supervising individualized behavior support plansMentoring, training, and providing ongoing guidance to behavior techniciansConducting assessments and using clinical information to guide treatmentCollaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support client outcomesFacilitating staff trainings and supporting continued professional developmentEvaluating team performance and providing guidance to promote high-quality servicesContributing to a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environmentAttending IEP and IFSP meetings, as required, to support client advocacy and coordination of servicesWe are committed to advancing quality, innovation, and individualized care in applied behavior analysis while prioritizing the professional growth, health, and well-being of our clients and team members.QualificationsMaster's degree and current BCBA certification (required)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallySpanish speaking is valued but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPhysical and Cognitive RequirementsFrequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or move therapy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.Sit for extended periods while providing telehealth services or completing computer-based work as needed.Use hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, mobile devices, and other equipment requiring fine motor coordination.Maintain visual and auditory awareness to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.Read, understand, retain, and apply written and verbal information.Maintain attention, concentration, situational awareness, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.Equal Employment Opportunity and Reasonable AccommodationAd Astra Behavior Analytic Services is an equal opportunity employer.
