Phaxis Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a part time, school-based position near Strafford, NH, for the 2026–2027 school year.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families
- Analyze student data and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations
- Provide training and coaching to school staff on behavior management strategies
Position Details:
- Part-time, school-based - 14 hrs/week
- K–12 opportunities available
- 2026–2027 school year
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- School-based experience preferred but not required
