What You'll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on data
Provide parent training and collaborate with families
Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
Licensed or eligible in New York, can license in New York
