 Compensation: $40 – $45.92/hour*
*Salary is based on related experience, certification, education, and bilingual proficiency (when used in the role at least 50% of the time).

 What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to:

里 Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

‍‍ Partner with children, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes

 Provide one-on-one consultation and behavioral support in schools, clinics, and home settings

 Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians while fostering professional growth

 Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed

 Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure quality clinical services

✅ Minimum Qualifications

 Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field

 Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

 Reliable access to a mobile phone and internet for off-site work

 Reliable transportation with personal auto insurance meeting minimum required limits (25/50 liability coverage)

喙 Current TB test (within the past 6 months)

 Ability to successfully pass FBI & DOJ background clearance

 Work Environment

You'll work in a variety of settings, including:

 Schools
 Clinics
 Client homes

This role may involve:

✔️ Supporting individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
