Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: San Dimas, CA
Salary: $85,000–$110,000/year (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
(Bilingual Spanish is a plus!)
Bonus Experience:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder services.
- Home, clinic, or school-based ABA.
- Electronic data collection systems.
