What You'll Do:
Provide BCBA supervision for assigned cases.
Oversee treatment plans, BIPs, and clinical programming.
Conduct assessments and complete progress reports.
Supervise and support BTs and Case Managers.
Provide parent/caregiver training.
Monitor client progress and ensure quality of care.
What We're Looking For:
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in ABA or related field.
Strong communication and clinical leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
