Build meaningful relationships with families while having flexibility in how you organize your clinical schedule. Vida for Autism is seeking a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services in the San Fernando Valley.

Your Role
You will guide individualized ABA services, support families, and work closely with BTs and RBTs to help clients make meaningful progress.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess client needs and develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
- Review client data and adjust interventions based on progress.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to BTs and RBTs.
- Participate in weekly direct client sessions alongside a BT or RBT.
- Provide parent and caregiver training, including telehealth sessions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate consistently with families and team members.
- Manage your schedule and caseload while meeting clinical and service expectations.
Schedule and Service Area
- 40-hour workweek, with a target of 30 billable hours per week, combining direct and eligible indirect services.
- Availability to serve clients until 7:00 p.m. is required. Peak service hours are 2:00-7:00 p.m., within an operating window of 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Services are primarily provided in clients' homes in the San Fernando Valley.
- Local travel is expected, generally within an approximately 10-20-mile service radius. Specific assignments and commute expectations will be discussed during the interview.
- Remote work depends on clinical needs; this position includes regular in-person services.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families.
- One to three years of BCBA experience preferred; candidates with other experience levels are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with families and clinical staff.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
- Availability for evening services and the ability to travel between client homes.
