    Up to $70/hour | Charleston, SC | Part-Time | 2026-2027 School Year 

    Position Details:

    • Part Time - for 2026-2027 School Year
    • Flexible schedule, about 50 hrs a month


    About the Role

    Hi, BCBA! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in Charleston, SC

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs)
    • Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety
    • Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals
    • Supervise RBT
    • Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets
    • Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices
    What We’re Looking For
    • MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
    • Experience with behavior management, and data collection
