A school serving K–2 students is seeking an onsite BCBA for a part‑time assignment beginning September through October to cover a maternity leave. After October, the role transitions into providing Tier II and Tier III behavioral support for students with general behavioral challenges for the remainder of the school year.
Caseload & Duties
Supervision of RBTs — Oversee and support RBTs working with K–2 students, with a total school population just under 500 students.
Maternity Leave Coverage — Provide direct oversight and behavioral programming for students with multiple disabilities during September–October.
Tier II & III Support — Implement targeted and intensive interventions for students with emerging or significant behavioral needs.
Collaboration — Work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to maintain consistent behavioral systems.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification
Experience in early‑childhood or elementary school settings preferred
Strong background in supervising RBTs and implementing behavior‑analytic programming
