Positive Behavior Health Developments (PBHD) is expanding, and we're looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our mission of delivering life-changing servicesto children and families.

What We're Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification and Medicaid Provider (Required)
- Strong assessment-writing and clinical documentation skills
- Experience creating and overseeing individualized treatment plans
- Effective communication with families, RBTs, and team members
- Must speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Willingness to work as a contractor (1099 status)
- Familiarity with ABA software systems (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach) a bonus
- Client caseloads are manageable and designed with provider balance in mind
