Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:- Assess student needs using data-driven methods and functional behavior assessments
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct consultation and support to teachers, support staff, and families
- Conduct staff training on behavioral techniques and positive student supports
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote student growth and success
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of interventions and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
