We are passionate about providing high-quality, ethical ABA services that empower adults to reach their full potential.As a BCBA at Nick’s Community, you’ll be part of a professional, relationship-centered environment where your clinical expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes a difference.About the RoleWe are seeking experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to oversee our community based program in Torrance.In this role, you will provide clinical supervision, mentor behavior intervention to our staff, collaborate with families/group homes and interdisciplinary teams, and support meaningful progress for the clients we serve.What You’ll Do

• Oversee and supervise individuals in our community based settings
• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to DSP’s
• Conduct behavior assessments and develop behavior plans and recommendations
• Collaborate with families, regional centers, and clinical leadership
• Monitor client progress and ensure quality clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in all clients meetings with families and the regional centers
• Participate in staff team meetings and provide ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Available 20 hours a week between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing ABA services
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Preferred Skills

• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
