If you're passionate about helping others and want to grow professionally in a supportive, best-practice environment, we want you on our team.Why Choose Us:Person-Centered Care: We create custom rehabilitation plans tailored to each resident's unique goals and needsSkilled, Compassionate Team: Our staff are highly trained and dedicated to delivering high-quality, meaningful careInnovative, Supportive Environment: We use best practices and technology in a safe, collaborative setting to help residents thriveYour Role:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides oversight of behavioral therapy services across the organization and collaborates with the management team to develop new programs and enhance existing services.Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served residing within the programDevelop, implement, and oversee comprehensive behavior support plansProvide training and guidance to management and direct care staff regarding implementation and documentation of behavior support plansParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral services representation and recommendationsMonitor progress toward behavior support goals and complete required progress reports for the billing departmentAttend appointments as needed and communicate relevant updates with the interdisciplinary care teamProvide after-hours on-call support for persons served experiencing behavioral concerns, as neededMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field requiredCurrent Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Michigan requiredTwo to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environmentExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Join our team and make a real difference!
