Your Role:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides oversight of behavioral therapy services across the organization and collaborates with the management team to develop new programs and enhance existing services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served residing within the program
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive behavior support plans
  • Provide training and guidance to management and direct care staff regarding implementation and documentation of behavior support plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral services representation and recommendations
  • Monitor progress toward behavior support goals and complete required progress reports for the billing department
  • Attend appointments as needed and communicate relevant updates with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide after-hours on-call support for persons served experiencing behavioral concerns, as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field required
  • Current Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Michigan required
  • Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
