Job Overview
Here at Dream Bigger ABA we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals with behavioral health needs. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and the ability to work effectively with clients across various settings, including those with disabilities and special education needs.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
  • Stay informed about current research in the field of behavioral health to enhance practice.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience in diagnostic evaluation.
  • Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities, special education needs, and behavioral health issues.
  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques and medical documentation practices.
  • Experience in research data collection methods related to behavioral analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
