A growing behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, supervise Behavior Technicians and clinical staff, monitor client progress, and collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality ABA services. The ideal candidate is an organized, compassionate clinician with strong leadership skills and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

• Conduct assessments and analyze client progress using data-driven methods

• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, BCaBAs, and other clinical staff

• Provide direct clinical services as needed

• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records

• Conduct competency assessments and provide ongoing staff training

• Ensure treatment plans meet ethical and professional standards

• Participate in client intakes, assessments, and special projects

• Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements


Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field required

• Active BCBA certification required

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs required

• Strong clinical assessment and behavior intervention planning skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Medicaid credentialing, CPR/BLS certification, and bilingual abilities are a plus
