We are seeking a BCBA to join our dedicated team in Worcester, MA. This role offers a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and a structured salary model with strong benefits.
Position Overview:
We offer two full-time salaried tiers based on preferred caseload and billable expectations:
Typical caseload: 8-12 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
Annual salary: $70,000-$85,000
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Required Availability:
Weekdays: Flexibility preferred; must be available during 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM at minimum
Saturdays: Availability required during 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (some Saturdays)

Tier 1:
90 hours of combined PTO accrued annually (sick, vacation, personal)

Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required)
Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD
Strong communication and clinical skills
Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services
