TEEMA is partnering with a leading behavioral healthcare organization to hire compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about helping children with autism reach their full potential.

Conduct behavioral and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide parent and caregiver coaching
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for improving the lives of children and families
$80,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)
Uncapped monthly bonus
