Position Overview
Tiny Notes Enrichment Center is seeking a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, individualized ABA services within a clinic-based setting that integrates early intervention, music & movement, and occupational therapy.
The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with families and providers, and support a warm, inclusive environment where children of all abilities can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Oversight & Programming
- Conduct assessments including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other relevant tools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Design skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using evidence-based practices
- Analyze data regularly and make program modifications to ensure client progress
Supervision & Training
- Provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Conduct competency assessments and support staff development
- Model and train staff on ABA strategies, data collection, and behavior management
- Ensure treatment fidelity and ethical implementation of services
Collaboration
- Work closely with occupational therapists and other providers to support a multidisciplinary approach
- Participate in team meetings and coordinate care across disciplines
- Provide parent training and support to promote generalization of skills
- Maintain open, professional communication with families and team members
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete and maintain clinical documentation including treatment plans, progress reports, and session notes
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements (e.g., TRICARE, Medicaid, commercial payers)
- Maintain adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and state regulations
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with young children, especially in early intervention (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
- Experience supervising staff and providing parent training
