Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and performance feedback
Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and make data-driven treatment adjustments
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across settings
Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs
Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Verbal Behavior (VB)
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
