Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and special education, with a focus on providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
Design and execute behavioral support interventions tailored to individual needs.
Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
Implement and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans and Positive Behavioral Supports.
Train and guide support staff involved in ABA services.
Collaborate with program staff and contribute as an integral member of the clinical team.
Fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
RBT credentials
Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
