About the Role:
Thrive Together ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients
  • MUST SPEAK SPANISH
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
  • Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
  • Track, analyze, and report client progress data to adjust treatment goals as needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and funding source requirements
Requirements:
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • California licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ADOS, or Vineland
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising RBTs or BT staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families and teams
  • Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to ethical ABA practice
