About the Role: Thrive Together ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients
MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
Track, analyze, and report client progress data to adjust treatment goals as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and funding source requirements
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
California licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain
Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, ADOS, or Vineland
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising RBTs or BT staff
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with families and teams
Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to ethical ABA practice
