Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families and interdisciplinary professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services.
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.
Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies.
Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
Support a positive, collaborative, and client-centered culture.
Qualifications
Required
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Eligible for state licensure (if required).
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
