Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with clients and families.
Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA therapy.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with diverse populations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
