Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
Manage a wide range of primary care needs including preventive medicine, wellness exams, chronic conditions, and women's health services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other specialists
Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EHR
Ideal Candidate
Board-certified in Family Medicine
Committed to whole-person, long-term patient care
Skilled communicator with strong team collaboration abilities
Comfortable working in a busy, community-based clinical setting
Experience with Epic EHR preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $240,000 - $250,000
Production incentive bonus
