Board-Certified Neuroradiologist - Medical Record Reviewer | Philadelphia, PA

Overview

Dane Street is seeking experienced Board-Certified Neuroradiologists to join our growing team of expert clinical reviewers. In this role, you will apply your specialized neuroradiology expertise to conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases and provide objective, evidence-based medical advisory opinions.

This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to customize your schedule while working as a 1099 independent contractor. The position is intended for physicians residing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with appropriate Pennsylvania medical licensure.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, radiology reports, and relevant neuroimaging documentation; preparing clear and concise clinical summaries; and responding to specific questions from clients related to neuroradiologic findings, diagnoses, imaging appropriateness, and medical care.

This role involves advisory medical record reviews only and does not involve peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient care.

Areas of Expertise

We are currently seeking professionals with expertise in:

• Neuroradiology
• Diagnostic neuroimaging
• MRI and CT interpretation of the brain, spine, and head and neck
• Cerebrovascular and neurovascular imaging
• Evaluation of neurological and neuroradiological conditions
• Imaging appropriateness and utilization
• Evaluation of radiology records, reports, and clinical documentation
• Evidence-based assessment of diagnostic imaging and treatment-related questions

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification in Radiology, with fellowship training or significant expertise in Neuroradiology
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience in radiology/neuroradiology
• Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
• Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, board certification, and any other certifications required to perform the role
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form
• Expertise in reviewing medical records, radiology reports, and neuroimaging documentation
• Ability to provide concise, well-supported, evidence-based clinical opinions
