Large construction materials producer and contractor seeks a board member to participate on a diversified board of directors for the enterprise. Candidaes should have worked for major national contractors in general construction, construction management EPC, or construction material production. Excellent role for a retired or senior construction executive who would be available for quarterly meetings and occasional involvement throughout the year. Quarterly meetings will be in person, but all other involvements will operate remotely. We are looking for a one-year commitment that could be extended.
